These are the most common support points users may need from an App Store support URL.
If an alarm does not ring
- Make sure alarm permission is allowed in iPhone Settings.
- After saving, confirm that the alarm toggle is turned on.
- If the recurring schedule is empty or invalid, the alarm may not be registered properly.
If Skip Off Days is not reflected
- Make sure an off-day region is selected in the app.
- Skip Off Days works meaningfully only for alarms with repeat days selected.
- When the app launches, it prepares up to the next four weeks of off-day-aware alarms.
Managing custom off days
- You can add your own off days in addition to official public holidays.
- You can exclude public holidays you do not want to treat as off days.
- Custom off days you add are stored on your device.
Notifications and privacy
- Notification permission is required if you want alerts when the last scheduled alarm has ended.
- Off-day data uses public holiday information based on Google Calendar data.
- If ads are shown in the app, privacy choices may also be available.
Using Check Day reminders
- You can create and edit recurring check-ins with target counts, reset times, and reminder times.
- If reminders are not arriving, confirm notification permission in iPhone Settings and review the reminder times in the app.
- Reset time affects when a routine starts a new cycle, so late-night checks may still count toward the previous cycle depending on your setting.
Check Day widgets and troubleshooting
- You can add a Home Screen widget to view routine progress and check items more quickly.
- If the widget looks empty, open Check Day and make sure at least one recurring check exists.
- If the issue is visual, include a screenshot when you contact support.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why can an alarm still appear on a holiday?
Skip Off Days does not permanently delete your alarm. Instead, the app prepares upcoming alarm schedules again based on your off-day settings. After changing those settings, open the app once so it can refresh future alarms.
Can I use the app if my country is not on the supported list?
Official public holiday support is currently limited to the listed regions. However, you can still add your own custom off days, so the app can work with your schedule even if your region is not officially supported yet.
Will my off-day data be removed if I delete the app?
Custom off days and app data may be removed when the app is deleted, depending on how the device handles local storage. If any schedule is important, we recommend keeping a separate record as well.
What does the app do?
